What to write to us about
- The test misreads your mic. For example, it says "very quiet" while your voice sounds fine on calls.
- A guide is out of date. A menu moved in Windows, macOS or an app, and a step no longer matches.
- Something is broken in your browser or on your phone.
- An idea for something the test should check.
What helps us help you
Tell us your browser and its version, your operating system, and the kind of mic (built-in, headset, USB, Bluetooth). If the tool showed a verdict, include it, plus the values under Mic details. Please do not send recordings of your voice. We do not need them.
Before you write
